  • Time: 5-6 sec
  • Sets: 3sets  45sec work time 15sec break
  • Steps Drills: 1-4
  • Time: 2-4 sec
  • Sets: 3sets  45sec work time 15sec break
  • Core Drills: 1-6
  • Time: 4-6 sec
  • Sets: 3sets  45sec work time 15sec break
